Business & Funding Information (Raise-specific):
Business identification (e.g., EIN, UEID, CAGE), financial and operational data, prior funding history, capabilities, and other information used to match and position funding opportunities.
Content You Share:
Messages, documents, proposal drafts, uploads, and other materials.
Payment Information:
Collected for subscriptions and processed by secure third-party providers.
In addition to Personal Information, users may submit documents, proposal materials, grant applications, funding strategies, business information, communications, opportunity data, financial information, and other materials through the Platform ("Customer Data").
Customer Data is processed solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, supporting, securing, and improving the Platform and related services.
Ownership and permitted use of Customer Data may be further governed by the applicable Terms of Service.

3. AI & Data Usage
We use data to train, improve, and operate internal AI systems used for matching, scoring, and proposal generation.
We do not use customer-specific, identifiable data to train publicly available AI models.
We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data to improve platform performance, matching accuracy, and AI-generated outputs.
AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by users for accuracy and compliance.

Following expiration of applicable retention periods, information may be securely deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.

Data requiring IL4+, FedRAMP Moderate or higher, or classified as FOUO, CUI, CI, or Secret should not be stored on the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they do not upload classified, export-controlled, or restricted government data without proper authorization and that all submitted materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.
